WHERE IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?
Every piece is designed, assembled, and packaged by hand in my small studio near Hood Canal, Washington.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
ARE YOUR PIECES HANDMADE?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected beads, shells, gemstones, pearls, charms, and jewelry components. Natural materials may vary slightly in color, shape, and texture, making every piece unique.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Store it in a dry place, preferably inside its original pouch or box.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, when availability allows. Use the Contact page to tell me what you have in mind, including your preferred colors, materials, style, and length. Custom pieces are final sale.
CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT NECKLACE LENGTH?
Many designs can be adjusted. Contact me before ordering to confirm whether your preferred length is available.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Eligible unworn and unused pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. Please review the Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
